The first thing you will probably notice about this staff is that they are friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. They are all hand-selected, based upon measurements of intelligence and desire to help people. Our staff has extensive experience in orthodontics, with 150 years of experience shared by seven chairside assistants (34 years being the longest and 10 years the shortest). They are extensively trained in our procedures, with thorough drilling and practice.

To better serve our patients, several staff members are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, Chinese, French or Arabic. Our goal is to help our patients in obtaining the very finest dental rehabilitation in a friendly and caring environment, with the journey as excellent as the finished result.

	Alicia Besides helping at the chairside, I also take pictures and X-rays. I’m handy and quick at capturing “cheese-y” smiles. My camera is peculiar--- it won’t click until your “cheeses” are heard! I speak Spanish, too, in case you only understand "diga queso"!
	Amber I handle your payments and pay our bills. We arrange automatic monthly payments to make it easy for you. I will give your money back to you if your insurance overpays. Flexible is the word!
	Angela I sit at the front desk. You see me first and last when you walk into and out of our offices. I schedule doctors and assistants for you. They work for me, and I work for you. When you come in, we will learn when you want to see them.
	Annette I answer phone calls and make phone calls. I schedule appointments for eight hours a day. Want to squeeze in? Want to change for a better time? Just call 310-540-5911 or 310-546-4724. Can it be any easier? Oh yes, I also speak Spanish!
	Chris I work at chairside. My hands are well-known for gentle touches. My ears are open to questions and concerns, and I am good at being on time. Right! No pain, no worry and no wait!
	Darlene My job is to make sure your visits are comfortable, rewarding and on time. Hot coffee, a clean office and pleasant voices are ready for your arrival. Want to refer a friend? I might have Eckhart Bucks just for that!
	Deborah I am Dr. Eckhart’s indispensable added hand and creative brain. Anything he wants to be done and doesn't have time to do himself, he leaves it to me. And he knows he can get away with it! I love doing things for him. I speak Mandarin Chinese, too, if you need a translator!
	Diane Whether it's a special day or a normal day, I always smile. I like to bring people to meet our cheerful staff and excellent doctors. I help at chairside, and I also visit your dentist to make sure your dentist is aware of what we are doing for your teeth. Dentists appreciate Dr. Eckhart’s work, and they keep sending more people like you to see him.
	Heather H. I handle all insurance. You, the assistants and the doctors take care of your teeth; I will take care of your insurance as long as your insurance company acts responsibly. Let me bill them for you. All I need is your information!
	Jason I really love working at chairside, with real people, improving their smiles. My patience never wears thin with what I do. I explain and answer questions all day long. If you don’t ask questions, then I will explain what I do anyway, and I speak Spanish!
	Jordan I work in the clinic and also in the lab. I bend special wires just for you alone. You get my custom-made art work! And you can count on me to have your Invisalign or your retainers ready on time!
	Kristan I will look at your teeth closely and immediately. I can tell you how much better they can look and how long it will take. Dr. Eckhart will look at them together with me. We will tell you of all available treatment options. Your treatment plan, length of time and how much money it will cost- the entire information package- will be put before you! All you really need to do is to open your mouth and tell us what you want to accomplish!
	Kristen Answering your calls is my specialty. Whether it is to change, make, or find out when your next appointment is, I am here to help by working with you and the doctor to get the best appointment time for you.
	Martha I make sure everybody here knows what his or her job is. I make sure a friendly and caring environment is what you experience at our offices. I make sure your treatment journey is as excellent as your finished result.
	Monica I see you at your first visit and help Dr. Eckhart with your examination. I set up the types of appointments you will need for getting started and make sure all your questions get answered. I am also your advocate during treatment. I speak Spanish, too. Sounds like there's nothing I can’t do for you, doesn't it?!
	Monique I’m privileged to speak to new patients before anyone else in the office. When you first call in, just remember to have all your personal information with you, including your dental orthodontic insurance information, so we can research it before you arrive and get you started right away. I will arrange for us to see you at your best time on your best day!
	Salma I buy supplies for the clinic, and I also assist at chairside. My many years of experience make me a detailed assistant. I foresee discomfort before discomfort starts to occur. I am going to keep you comfortable, and I speak Arabic, too.
	Stephanie I help with the exam the first time you come into the office, and let you know how much your insurance will help you, and help schedule your appointments to get started!
	Dr. Eckhart I have delivered orthodontic treatment since 1975. I have treated over 10,000 people, almost entirely by referrals from doctors and patients. I produce bigger smiles, inner confidence and visual attractiveness to all ages, genders and groups, and I speak Spanish, too!
